98 Island Wall is a 19th Century weatherboard fisherman's cottage just yards from Whitstable beach. This wood-framed cottage, once used by the coastguard, has been completely renovated throughout but still retains its original features. Spread over three floors the style of the house is beautifully simple. There are partial sea views from the balcony and the perfectly formed sunny garden has a generous terrace and barbecue area.
