Spread over three floors the style of the house is beautifully simple. There are fantastic views of the sunny garden from the balcony and a wood burning stove provides cosy evenings in during the colder months. Sleeps 4; (1 double room with kingsize bed and 1 double room with twin beds) over 3 floors. Beautiful well-equipped cottage with open-plan sitting/dining area, family bathroom with bath and handheld shower. First floor balcony and sunny courtyard garden with decked seating area. Located in the enviable location of Whitstable’s Island Wall, just yards from the beach and tennis courts.
Ground Floor
Open plan sitting/dining room with wood burning stove, flat-screen TV and DVD player, leading to kitchen/dining area equipped with microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher and gas hob with electric oven. Doors leading to well established sunny courtyard garden with decked seating area.
First Floor
Spacious double bedroom with kingsize bed. Beautiful family bathroom with bath and handheld shower, leading to balcony area; (please note that the cottage may be unsuitable for younger children in respect to the stairs and the balcony area and children must be supervised at all times).
Second Floor
Double bedroom with twin beds.
