About the Whitstable Cottage – Salt Marsh Cottage

Sleeps 5 across 3 bedrooms. Two double bedrooms (one in the attic) and a single bedroom.
Modern, ground floor family bathroom with W.C., bath and showerhead. Well-equipped fitted kitchen and dining area. Wi-fi internet access. Comfortable lounge. Planted and mature garden with outdoor seating, BBQ facilities and summer house, separate balcony (accessed from single room on first floor).

Ground Floor

Sitting room with sofa, digital flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player with iPod docking station and Wi-fi internet.
Leading to a kitchen/diner with a table and seating for 5 people. The kitchen area is fully-equipped with washer/dryer, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and double oven. Doors out to garden and outside seating area equipped with BBQ, decking and summerhouse. Family bathroom with w.c, bath and showerhead.

First Floor

Beautifully furnished double bedroom at front of house and single bedroom to rear leading to balcony area with seating.
Stairs to second floor.

Second Floor

Attic bedroom with double bed and storage. Note: the stairs to this room are steep and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
