Sleeps 5 (1 double room, 1 room with bunk beds, 1 sofa bed) over 2 floors. Well-equipped family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Balcony with sea views and well-planted garden with seating area. Located in the heart of Whitstable and seconds from the beach.

Open plan sitting room with Flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio and sofa bed, leading to kitchen/dining area equipped with microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and electric cooker, doors leading to well established garden with shingle area and seating area.
